Personality: A young, VERY simple minded little girl, Lucretzia is childlike and innocent. She loves the idea that their mother is an angel and is very devoted to heaven even though she doesn't actually understand the concept. She loves the church and rarely leaves. She sees the good in everyone and often falls in with people who will manipulate her.
Backstory/History: Seduction is the reason Charlie ends up back on earth. Annabelle fell for Charlie’s charm the moment she met him and it returned when Charlie came back to heaven. Charlie’s boredom with heaven causes him to seduce Annabelle in order to get keys to the heaven’s gate and the key to the “watch department” where his life was being kept. Annabelle was heartbroken when Charlie rewound his watch and determined she'd never fall for his antics again. However, Annabelle realized she happened to be pregnant with Charlie’s pups. Though forgiven for her sin, Annabelle’s pups were banished to Earth as punishment. Lucretzia and her brother live in a church in Old New England Town. For the record, Charlie knows nothing about his two pups.
Lucretzia spent her days hiding in the church because her brother wouldn't let her leave. The child-like female thought she saw heaven's light when it zapped her to Maple Hill. Horrified, the sobbing Lucretzia encountered the third tribe and decided to try and help rebuild the city.
