Felecia is a proper blend of both of her parents. She has light tan skin, full lips and very dull brown eyes. She's a pretty little girl, despite her not caring to think so. From her father she gained her slender body and small chest. She's not very shapely. She wears dark clothes mostly from Hot Topic. Uncaring about her hair, Felicia's normally shoulder length long hair is fluffy and curled. She has a lip piercing, a tongue piercing and nose piercing.

Personality:
Pretty much emotionless, she's a scary individual who seems to walk life
in a fog. She's clearly a sociopath when it comes to people, developing
no close relationships and never actually giving a damn about people.
People disgust her clearly and she refuses to acknowledge any human
superiority. She gets obsessed easily. She can obsess on hurting a
specific person but she's mostly obsessed with fear.

Backstory/History:
Born from a love affair between a psychotic doctor and his employee, Dr. Joan Leland took over the asylum soon after Felicia was born. She was kept hidden every time the Scarecrow escape and wondered why her mother wouldn't let her wander the halls of the asylum. She always exhibited violence and cruelty against humans but was gentle and kind with animals.

Felicia discovered her paternity after digging through a few files in the asylum. Confronting her mother about it, Felicia broke into Arkham after hours to finally meet face to face with her birth father. She took up the mantle of "Ragdoll" and terrorizes Gotham with her new brand of fear.
