Physical Appearance: Apple Core is built thick like his father but is of normal pony-colt height. He's got very light gray fur with a cherry red set of stripes with one around his neck. His hooves are light orange. His mane is a fuzzy mohawk with stripes like his mother's. His stoic expression often sees him with a piece of hay between his teeth or a cigarette if he's particularly stressed out. His eyes are blue. On his flank there are a set of stripes in the shape of an apple, his cutie mark although it is unknown.  

Personality: Apple Core is a hard worker, a pony like his father with not much to say but 'eeeeyup' and 'nnnnope.' But his special talent is with animals. From herding them to caring for them, Apple Core loves everything about animals. In fact he speaks to them more than he does people. He's a kind, old soul who loves his family dearly. 

Backstory/History: After their marriage, Zecora and Big Mac quickly produced a pair of twin zebra-ponies, Apple Core and his sister, Zahria. Apple Core quickly grew into a gentle foal, a colt who enjoyed playing with his best friend Morpheus and his animals. However, the male was hiding a secret even with his friends. He was gay and felt he couldn't tell his family. 

After a flash of light, Apple Core found himself with Morpheus fighting zombies. With his strength and loyalty, Apple Core followed Morpheus to the Guard.
